ETF Watchlist
After another eventful week in the market, we have one last sector to keep an eye on for this week and if things continue the way they have been, into next week as well.
On top of the bullish week, left and right, some of the biggest bears in the market have begun to reverse course, saying the end of the bear market could be upon us. Michael Blurry, the famous trader who positioned himself on the downside of the housing market in what became known as “The Big Short”. Now, another bear has seemingly thrown in the towel. Mike Wilson of Morgan Stanley has also begun to suggest the banking crisis could’ve marked the end of the bear.
So, where can we get a little bullish on? Let’s take a look at one of our options.
iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (EEM)
One of the sectors that is rarely talked about, but has looked pretty bullish over the past few weeks, Emerging Markets. The EEM has ironed out a 2% week bring it back even on the month after being down 4% at one point.
This ETF has risen with the rest of the market, but it has also found some help from names like, Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM) and Alibaba (BABA), which had a big week in the beginning of the week.
Be sure to keep this sector on watch and be sure to watch the video below for another sector traders should be watching.
